Is it free?
TheFinalRep is a paid subscription — that's how you get a genuine AI coach instead of a generic plan. Pricing is India-only, in rupees, and you'll see it clearly before you ever pay. The app is launching soon.
What are Gains?
Gains are the reward currency inside the app. You earn them by completing tasks, reflecting honestly and standing up each week, and you spend them on more coaching power — a different task, a rescue plan, a deeper insight. They're internal credits only: no cash value, can't be bought or withdrawn, and they never expire.
Do I need a gym?
No. During onboarding you tell the coach what equipment you actually have — from a fully kitted gym to nothing but your bodyweight at home. Your plan is built around that, not around equipment you don't own.
Do I have to count calories?
Never. TheFinalRep doesn't count calories, set macro targets, or hand you a replacement meal plan. It captures what you already eat and suggests small, sustainable swaps, additions, portions and timing. Adapt, don't overhaul.
Does it really adapt to me?
