This is the heart of the app. Every single task ships in three versions, so you choose the one that fits the day you're actually having. You can never have a zero day — there's always a doable option that keeps your streak and your momentum alive.

  • Main — the full session for the days you've got time and energy. Go deep, build mastery.
  • Lite — roughly 15–20 minutes of the key movements only. Short on time, still consistent.
  • Survival — a minimal promise like 10 squats and a five-minute walk. Bad day? Keep the plan alive.
  • Switch versions task by task — a Lite warm-up and a Main core session in the same day is completely fine.
  • Every version earns Gains, so showing up always counts: Main +10, Lite +5, Survival +2.

  • “Can't do this?” offers 11 supportive, judgment-free reasons that quietly shape next week's plan.
  • Honesty is rewarded — logging a real missed-task reason earns you +1 Gain.
  • Need a different task entirely? Spend 10 Gains for an AI alternative — with its own Main, Lite and Survival.
  • Don't like the alternative? Accept it or try another. You stay in control of your day.

Weekly Stand-ups — your plan rebuilds itself

At the end of each week, you stand up: a completion score, your wins, an AI summary of how it went, and space for your own reflections. Then the magic — your coach rebuilds next week around what actually happened. Failure is data. The plan adapts.

  • Adjustment: after a strong week, the plan steps up — think progressive overload, a little more challenge.
