These aren't error screens. When you share something sensitive, the app slows down, stays kind, and steers you somewhere safer — without judgement.
Extreme or rapid weight-loss goals
If you ask for a punishing, crash-style result, we won't chase it. The plan steers you toward sustainable, steady change you can actually keep — because the goal is a body you live in, not a number you suffer for. No weight-loss-rate promises, ever.
Disordered-eating awareness
If your inputs suggest a struggle with food, the app won't build a plan that could make it worse. It responds with care, never gives a harmful program, and gently encourages talking to a doctor or registered dietitian. Your wellbeing comes before any training goal.
If you're under 18
Young bodies need different care. If you tell us you're a minor, we keep programming conservative and encourage guardian involvement and guidance from a professional — fitness should support growing up, not rush it.
Injuries & medical conditions
We don't diagnose, and we won't pretend to. If you mention an injury or a condition, the plan adapts around it and encourages you to get clearance from a healthcare professional first. Training works with your body, not against it.
Performance-enhancing drugs & steroids
If you ask for help with PEDs or steroids, the answer is a supportive no — and a genuine alternative. We'll point you toward what natural, well-structured training and recovery can actually do. No shame, just a better path.
Overtraining & under-recovery
More is not the answer when you're running on empty. If the signs point to overtraining, the plan enforces rest, because recovery is part of progress — not a reward you have to earn by burning out first.
Some things are never coached: content involving violence, anything illegal, or self-harm is hard-blocked, and where it's right to, we point toward real help. Everything else is met with support, not a wall.
Nutrition without the diet-culture pressure
We treat freedom from diet culture as a safety feature, not a marketing line. TheFinalRep has no calorie counter and no macro targets. It doesn't replace your meals or label any food a 'cheat'. Instead, it looks at what you already eat and suggests small, doable changes — a swap here, a portion tweak there, better timing around training. The aim is fuel and consistency you can sustain for years, not a restrictive plan you'll quietly abandon in a fortnight.
